Where do I even start? After being told it can't be done in two places because of the complexity and two other place wanting to charge nearly double for "we'll do our best to make it look better," I found "Jefe" at Hubcap City. It couldn't have been an easier process. He personally came out, took a look and said without any hesitation, "we'll do a great job" and man oh man, he and his team crushed it! This all happened in one day and even stayed late to get it done. The pictures will speak for themselves. Thanks for helping me with my restoration on my Tacoma, you've got a customer for life!

I could not be happier. I was treated like a million dollar customer when I bought a $50 hubcap. They do wheel repair and sell custom rims too. Great place to be treated honestly. Highly recommend. No, I'm not Pete's Mom. But I know she is proud of him. A real gentleman.

Amazing work at a fair price! They made my old wheels from 1989 shine better than new and Robert was a pleasure to work with. I’m not just happy with the end result, I am ecstatic!!! Turnaround time was pretty quick too, so definitely consider these guys if you need wheel repair.

The rims on my wife’s GLK were damaged by the techs during the last couple of balance and rotation service visits at a local tire shop. They took responsibility and sent us to Martin at Hub Cap City. We brought the car in and 24 hours later had what might as well be brand new wheels. Easy to make an appointment, great customer service and a fantastic end product. I recommend Hub Cap City to anyone in Houston who needs quality wheel repair.

These guys are amazing, they brought the smile back on my face and went over and beyond to take care of me. Did some damage to my rim and they were able to find me a duplicate just like it. After going many places to find a rim for my car. Hub Cap City came through with the size rim I needed for a very reasonable price. The staff was very friendly and worked with me for as price and putting on my rim and tire. Thank you all so much!!!!

Samuel said he could repair my bent wheel but then calls me back saying he can’t and has to outsource it. Said it might not be fixable and it was understandable, one of the bends was bad. Hit up ads.713 and said it was most definitely fixable. I appreciate these guys taking a look at it but seems they are only a curb rash repair type of place. @Ads.713 is more of all around wheel repair, he can get it done. Ads has better customer service as well, I definitely recommend Ads.713 if you need a wheel repaired. Guys at hub cap city were cool for at-least checking out the wheel.

Martin Serna is an amazingly sweet human being. Not only did he bless my husband with a discount he called me throughout the process to let me know the car was taken care of. It is very rare to find a human being that can see beyond color lines and use his actions to make up for the wrongs of others. I was not expecting this late Christmas gift and will always utilize Hub Cap City for all of our tire and rim needs. The world needs more men like Martin! God Bless this man!!

I was told I would be called when the hub cap arrived and given a price. Checked back after 3 weeks, hub cap was scratched to hell and then charged 15 dollars more than originally quoted. The manager then told me I could take my business elsewhere if I didn't like it. Customer service is dead in America. I recommend ordering from the Internet.
