Discount Tire

I bought 4 tires in January 2021 and paid for lifetime tire rotation and balance. I went there for the service today. After couple of miles driving noticed that my tire pressure light is on. They did not check the tire pressure.

Discount tires can never let you down. In one month I had to have both of my vehicles worked on due to debris on Houston roads. It's easy to book online and receive text status while waiting. They are very organized!

In and out fast, price was reasonable. Another plus: they tighten the lug bolts by hand with a torque wrench. No more times of despair trying to loosen a nut overtightened with an air driven impact wrench!

I was able to select the appropriate tires for my car using tools available on their website. I paid for the tires and scheduled an appointment for the next morning. It was 40 minutes from the time that I walked in until the time that I left with my new tires installed.

Best experience I've had. Very organized and friendly. They didn't have my tires I'm stock but got them there within 1hr. They even called me when ready so I wouldn't have to wait. Once I got there only took 20min. Definitely will be my go to place from now on.
