This place is going downhill, you got punk kids taking orders, with no filter...so all you hear while waiting for your order is f***** this and f**** that. Is it good......thier food is like iowa weather.

CONSTANTLY GETTING ORDERS WRONG. Always come home (20 min drive) to find we yet again getting the wrong order. I think we are done getting food here because its always screwed up.

I travel to fort dodge very frequent and this is the second time I had dinner delivered to my hotel and it will be my last, twice they screwed up my order and twice the quality of the food was not to par. Mistakes happen and I am always willing to give it another shot. Won't fool me for a third time.

Go there every two weeks or so. Serves great fried rice and beef dishes. Plenty of spicy and sweet meals for everybody and their cousin.

Guest satisfaction is horrible! I called at 4:10 to ask about delivery and got told that they were closing in 20 min and she wasn't going to make them cook an order unless I came in to place my order! Which Was impossible beings I was at work with no option to leave. She was extremely rude! She lost out on a descent delivery for her employer by doing so, hope they are ok with the fact.
