Ok… so today I go to the Front Office to have them do the walk through. Now I’m told that there is a form that has to be signed 15 days prior. I had been in the Front Office 3 different times to let them know I was moving and spoke to 2 different individuals and NOT ONCE did the say; “here” is the form you have to sign. 15 day early termination: $795

The application was a complete hassle to complete. Every time I called the rental office to get assistance, I was routed to an answering service that advised someone would call me. But no one ever did. I eventually got an appt to go and tour a unit 3 bedroom. I arrived at my scheduled time and was told they had no units to show. I was told that the answering service can't see their available units and shouldn't be scheduling. "They don't know what their doing." I was also advised that the reason my application kept giving an error was because the unit I was applying for was already taken. So I asked, why not remove it from your available units? No answer on that. I was told I'd receive a phone call later that evening with an update about my application. Still no return call. I took this as a sign that I shouldn't even bother with applying here. With all of these issues up front, it's definitely a sign to count my blessings and keep it moving.

I stay behind the office. This area is dark at night. Lighting should be updated. Also in the same parking lot 1803-1813 numerous crimes are being commited daily. Cameras would be helpful. Wven in the case of a disgruntled tenant returning to do damage to the property. Lastly, rhe lawn care company used has no regards for tenants personal property. Not to mention an enormous investment in their vehicles. They have no regards. I can ellaborate more if you even think its an issue.

This apartment community is a great and safe to place live. They prices are reasonable. The staff are very friendly, polite and Maintenance are always professional and take care of my maintenance request right away. I am especially thankful for Andrea my office manager for going above and beyond helping me through my COVID hardship by providing suggestions for programs that were able to assist me with maintaining my residence and other bills. She was so supportive and encouraging in everyway. I couldn't have gotten through it without her help. I would definitely recommend these apartments to friends and family.

Terrible with helping on maintenance, many things go without being fixed. roaches and rats are in the community and homes. My air hasn't been fixed in 5 months plus....

Your maintenance team did come in a timely manner, the fan that was replace is very cheap looking opposed to the one that was taken down my fence was patched instead of replaced it looks very tacky. the stove and fridge was done properly thank you. The rotting cabinets have had nothing done to them as of yet

These apartments want you to pay 1400$ for a shack with roaches and all types of damages. There is never enough parking.

Updating my last post, Kudos for clearing & keeping clean the furniture dump outside. I know that you have to put it somewhere but at least now you're keeping it neat and organized & we thank you. Next up..., the bug problem, haven't seen an exterminator since April, not sure why I need to pay that monthly fee. I'm having to spray every day and still kill 6 to 10 roaches and/or cockroaches everyday, when I put the cleanliness of my home up against anybody's. I received an email over a month ago that said you were doing building by building but I haven't seen any exterminators in this complex at all. Finally the front door frame for my apartment is rotting, away, looks really unsightly &I believe that is how some of the bugs are getting in. I would really like to get that corrected. Again, even with my complaining I do see improvements and appreciate it.

hole plumbers put in ceiling in downstairs closet had finally been repaired... HOWEVER leak from knobs in upstairs shower HAS NOT BEEN DONE!!! Also if possible a light between buildings 2019 & 2021 would be greatly appreciated! It's extremely dark and feels unsafe after the sun goes down!

Terrible place to live. Roaches are everywhere not the water bugs roaches !!!! The entire hunters point is infested. They charge you for pest control but they never come even if you put in a request. They charge you for trash but they don’t take it, so people throw the trash in the parking lot to make them take it. The sewer bill is super high 150+ on top of paying for water. People leave cars parked there for months making it hard to find parking at night. People are getting robbed at gun point at night and cars sometime stolen. I can go on forever just beware.
