Tori Nolan the worst manager and fall ashamed face of the Huntington branch, nothing about her spoke professionalism was acting like a stuck up entitled witch to her colleagues yet insulting rude to alll customers, me being 20 years with Huntington my pride bank she was so mean and rude. I hope they try to better the branch with better management like previous manger Josh, unlike this ugly monster there.
Tori who helped us regarding adding an authorized signature to access my father’s safety deposit box was very helpful .. I’d rate her 5 stars for customer service however it took over 45 minutes to accomplish the task due to circumstances. Overall for the bank I’d give 2 stars as I feel the bank is very understaffed.
First time ever coming in this location, teller young Indian gurl black hair had terrible customer service had very bad energy" rolling her eyes didn't care to even look at me didn't really seem to wanna help "came across very racist all most" she judged me before I even opened up my mouth smh you guy's need to do better if you don't like working in customer service then Quit " being professional is essential when working at a bank I will never come to this location again very distasteful ‼‼
I visited this branch on 11/12 to have IRS Form 5336 notarized because I'd found a savings bond that belonged to my deceased father. The teller turned me away and would not notarize the form. I called my attorney to find out if he could notarize and was told by him that it had to be a medallion guaranty from a financial institution. I then called Huntington's 800 number to get clarification and they transferred me to the Treasury department. The woman at the Treasury told me she would accept medallion or signature guarantees, along with notarizations. I then called this branch again to set up an appointment to have these documents notarized. I was told by a young man that I could just come in anytime. I explained how I'd been refused last week and how I wanted to avoid that. He put me on hold and when he returned he informed me that the other notary who had witnessed "Johnathan" turn me away last week was also refusing to notarize my documents. He could not provide me with a reason and suggested I find another branch. My family and I have banked with Huntington since 1972. Almost forty years of customer loyalty and this is how it's rewarded. Shame on you!

I went to drive thru. I sent in my deposit ticket and cash. He sent out my receipt after a wait. He NEVER said ONE word to me at all. Human atm. The worst service! Couple beside me got same service.
This is in fact the worst bank I’ve ever banked with they took all of my money out of my account and would not give it back then said it was from fees for over 2 years ago and the customer service man said that they took 9 dollar over which they shouldn’t of I pleaded with them to Putnam it back because that is my rent money and they would not do it I ended my card the same day
This bank is extremely slow. You can tell the employees get paid by the hour. . Be prepared to spend plenty of gas money.
