Hyannis Country Garden

Specifically said that I needed 120sq feet of sod. I said I should not need more than 12 rolls (not knowing how many sq ft each rolls were). Rang me up for 13. More than I said the max I needed was. Did not realize until on my way home. I paid for double what I needed. Now have 6 extra rolls of sod I didn’t need and cannot use. Employees should be informed on how many rolls a customer needs for their project based on their sq feet.

Top place for organic gardeners. Staff are very knowledgeable and have everything you need for a perfect organic lawn. They recommended some “beneficial nematodes” and I can already see positive results. I’ve always been very happy with the quality and health of plants that I’ve bought from here.

Huge selection of plants of all kinds, especially trees/shrubs. Staff are knowledgeable and helpful, every one of them wore a smile on their face. I was looking for some medicinal herbs (St John's Wort, Wormwood, etc) for brewing in beer and the staff showed genuine interest in my and my needs and took my info to let me know when the herbs would be in. This is a high quality business who puts the customer first. Prices are average to high, but at times there are markdowns on certain plants that are very good deals. There is also a beautiful greenhouse and a garden area that is fun for the kids to explore.

A great place to get gardening items, as well as pet supplies, and pond accessories. The staff is great. It's a stress-free environment.

We found this place while visiting the Cape in February. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the selection was impressive, and the plants in the greenhouse looked extremely healthy. We purchased a garden sculpture and found the price to be better than anywhere online, which was just the icing on the cake! I highly recommend this store, and I’m sure we’ll be back.
