Hyde Park Spring & Brake

I walked in to ask how much they are selling the Jeep parked outside. Some old apparently sick white gentleman told me, " I dont know, get lost" I guess he didn't want to be bothered jajaja!, I felt discriminated by this gentleman, very rude..., AVOID this shop. To him, my prayers. Shop was empty, no jobs... I guess liberals are paying the price!

I was able to drop my truck off before they opened and I got it back in a timely manner. Plus Tommy was very courteous. They also informed me of what else is wrong with my truck without me having to ask. That's very appreciative.

My husband and I have taken all our cars there for the last 15 years. Tommy is a pleasure to deal with...honest, knowledgeable, fair prices, and reliable. I don't know what we'd do without him.

I can always rely on Tommy to do a great job while being reasonable and fair. I've gone to HP Spring & Brake for years. Now my dad and my kids all go there whenever they need work on cars.

They are good stand up guys, been going to them for years with a variety of cars! They get it done at a reasonable/fair price.

I went to get a tire repaired and before I went I spoke to someone who I informed that I sent two people there already and that it local and two door down from where we work. Both people said they person they dealt with is a grumpy old man. I said maybe he was having a bad day when they went. So this other person went and came back and said his must have bad days everyday because it is a grumpy old man who she spoke to and if her car was drivable she would of went somewhere else. I said I take my chance because I don’t t want to keep driving around on my tire like this. Sure enough I meet the old grumpy man. It’s nice to have a business but when you as miserable as he appears it makes it hard for people to deal with such behavior. I didn’t get my car service and I won’t be recommending any kind of service to that business. Attitude plays a big part to keeping a customer even for small jobs.

Tommy has sold me 3 cars over the years fixed all my cars and taken very good care to make sure the cars I have we're safe . His prices are excellent and he is the one ly mechanic I would go see. Tony his long time employee or parner idk is great and listens too. I can't say enough good things about this place. They are busy all the time for a reason. They are that good!

They did an awesome job in my car. However, their customers service either in person or over the phone is extremely poor. They are really rude! For service quality it is an A+ but for customer service it is minus 1000.
