Ideal Image Brookfield

Today was my first treatment ever at Ideal Image and I couldn't be happier. The nurses were absolutely amazing, they were friendly and very helpful. The receptionists were very nice and helpful as well. I will definitely be continuing treatment here with these wonderful ladies.

I’ve been going to ideal image for about 2 1/2 years and I absolutely love The staff - everyone is incredibly open and friendly - Whenever I leave i feel great. And I’m always confident with the purchase that I’ve made -The Brookfield location is beautiful and offers great services and really easy scheduling. Liz Schrimpf Is extremely welcoming and knowledgeable and has made all my experiences there stress free, most importantly...while remaining honest & objective. I would not trust anybody else with my face and body- another thing that really sets my mind at ease apart from other places is that the staff is not trained overnight - you can absolutely differentiate the skill level of the staff here compared to some of these fly by night pop up medi salons you hear of -

If I could I would give ideal image 0 stars. I normally never leave reviews but I don't want anyone else to get sucked in like I did. I was initially told that the treatment would work perfectly for me, after the set amount of treatments (and an additional 4 treatments-- after lots of phone calls and complaints-- thats a whole different nightmare) almost all of the hair is back. As a college student spending her own penny and dime on a treatment that I was promised results, this is a huge rip off SAVE YOUR MONEY!

I would not recommend Ideal Image to anyone. The entire process felt like a scam. On initial consult, I was told the procedure would work perfect for me. The procedure was not effective for me and I was never told the entire time that it would not work on me until afterwards when I complained. At that point I was told, “You weren’t getting the ideal results that we would have liked and you would of had to stop at treatment 4 or 5 to get a partial or full refund.” That would have been nice to know earlier that It wasn’t working! Follow up has been horrible with weeks between return phone calls. It has been over a month that I have been complaining with no remedy in progress. Save yourself the money and do not use Ideal Image . I have a call into corporate hoping for some remedy still.

I had an appointment last week and the ONLY reason i left one star is because 0 stars was not an option.. the employees were extremely rude and seemed to ignore my concern of still having hair when i have had 7 treatments. The representative actually told me to calm down and rolled her eyes!! I’m not sure what to do at this point because i paid for a service that wasn’t delivered!! BEWARE
