I came into ideal image in the month of November in 2015. I was beyond excited to try out the cool sculpting. I paid over a grand to have a 1 hour treatment. Before the treatment they took pictures of different angels and weighed me. They did not measure my stomach area. They only took photos, which does not accurately measure the progress. During the treatment the machine vacuumed my fat and I sat there in discomfort until the 60 minutes were up. My entire "flab" was frozen. I've never felt the type of pain and feeling in my life. The blood was rushing through my body and the tech had to massage the frozen tissue. I wanted to puke. They advertised this new way of losing fat as "painless", which is false. I did not see any results in my before and after photos (after the 60 days). I am disappointed in the results. All I wanted was my upper bulge from my lower stomach to be flatter. I only weigh 140 pounds and I stayed at the same weight. I was not looking forward to losing weight but to see a change in my torso. The tech said to get another treatment if I was unhappy. The reason I was unhappy is because I paid over a grand and I was not guaranteed results and I do not want to pay another large portion to be disappointed. If they would of made it clear that I would have to do more than one treatment, I wouldn't of done it. Also they should measure or guarantee paying customers going forward.

My laser hair removal results are great (thus far)! I am still awaiting results from the cool sculpting but I was told that if you don't get results, they will do an additional treatment so I am not sure where the other reviewers received their information. Also- $1,000 is not a lot of money to pay for a treatment to change your appearance or the way you feel in clothes (this isn't lypo, people). Also- the staff is amazing, kind, professional and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone 😊

I had my arm pits done and I don't ever have to shave. The best part is no bumps, stubble or shadow.
