My experience at Ideal Image has been wonderful. The ladies there are very attentive and professional. I looked forward to every treatment, I was like going home to a family. A little about my story, for the first time in my life I was doing something for myself and very anxious about it. The staff was very helpful and helped my feel relaxed about the process. They explained every step and answered all my questions in a way I could understand. My hair removal was a great success and I love how beautiful it make me feel. I will be getting more treatments at the future at Ideal Image salon.

This location used to have exceptional service. The girls would go above and beyond to make their clients happy thus why I would refer people to them. They now seem to only care about money coming in and have lost all customer service skills. They have also used the wrong laser machine so my treatments were ineffective and I had to re-do them all. I paid $10,000 and I still have areas that have completed all treatments and still no results. I wouldn’t recommend any one to ideal image any more.

NOT Impressed at all... they (sales consultants) get you with the idea everything works (cool sculpting & KyBElla)and you see results. CURVY girls DO NOT get suckered in like I did they don’t work. As long as they get your $$, they will tell you exactly what you want to hear. Now I am paying $5K for two procedures that I was told would be amazing and both did nothing. Now I have been told if I “really” want to see results I will need to pay another $3k.. yep, this place is a joke!

If I could give them 0 stars I would! It's been a NIGHTMARE dealing with them. Seriously, I have been trying to get a refund for YEARS. I should just give up at this point. The customer service is terrible, I paid them so much money, only got 2 treatments and ended up pregnant so I had to stop my treatments, I then Breastfed for an extended period of time, and it was against my Drs advise to continue treatments while breastfeeding. I told them this and they were SO rude. I asked for a refund and they claimed it had been 2 years since starting my contract, which it had not. But then I got no more responses, the manager would not take my calls, leave me on hold, say she would call back and never did. It's been horrible, I am out thousands, and they are out nothing. They should be shut down!!

Before I went in for a consultation I asked the lady if I can bring my one year old and she said yes just not when the lasers are out tho. my little one through a little fit I picked her up and was walking around with her.I want to say It was the manager that came out and said that I need to take her outside even though I was already waiting 15 minutes after my appointment should have started and my baby was calm I said no that’s OK I got her calm down and she said well I think you need to take her outside because you are being Disrespectful to other customers. I understand you saying that if i didn’t already have her calmed down This is no way to treat someone that’s about to spend thousands of dollars at your place I will not be going there I will find somewhere better...I do understand that it’s annoying when children scream but everyone has them and I just feel like it could’ve been nicer. I ended up wasting two hours of my time.(I read all your comments and this manager seems to be a lot of the problems you should probably fix something)
