NIMA: National Institute of Medical Aesthetics

BEST spa I have been to! I have gone to NIMA for many different treatments and have loved and been extremely happy with the results on all of them! The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and I always feel welcome. No matter who performs the treatment, I have felt well educated before they begin as well as reassured while they are executing the treatments. 10 out of 10 recommend them.

I can't speak to the quality of the education, but I don't recommend being a model for the injection courses. They mislead you into believing 'full face correction', is in fact 'full face correction'. But what you want is irrelevant to them. I've modeled for them twice and both times I was significantly under filled and unhappy with my experience. My $1000 was pretty much wasted.

I LOVE NIMA! This is my secret weapon to good skin, and feeling better about myself. It feels just like a more expensive medical spa, but its secretly a school so you can get amazing treatments at such good prices. I have seriously never had a bad experience, and I have done everything from pedicures to laser hair removal here. I have never really had the luxury to go to the spa until a friend introduced me to this place and I loved it so much I actually enrolled and finished school here. Which was one of the most rewarding things I have done. Anyway, I love it if you can't tell. Thanks for reading.

I have had 4 appointments with varying levels of experiences. Improper expectations and techs with teacher who do things different. Every time I go there! Some draw all over your face. Some just use guides. Some say to shave the long hair. Some say the short baby fuzz is fine. Some will treat. Some won’t. So it’s a gamble any time I show up. I’ve left bought a razor - shaved the areas as instructed and got treated on all of it. One time a tech said 3 days after antibiotics is fine another says a week. It’s frustrating.

NIMA is a great spa. Customer service is outstanding. The staff and the interns are very knowledgeable and professional.
