This place is so awesome! And everyone is very friendly. My wax specialist was Malissa & she was truly the best. Very professional, she told me why waxing was important and encouraged me to continue to come. They never tried to con me into buying expensive products or buying things I didn’t need. They helped to educate me on the process & they have great first time guest packages! 10/10 would recommend!

I’ve been a customer of European Wax Center in Draper for (approx.) three years now. I absolutely love them, which is why I am leaving this review. Carolina is (and has been for three years) my esthetician and she is absolutely amazing and I have loved being her client! Seriously. I have never once, in three years, been disappointed. I just wanted to leave a good review singing some well deserved praises. Whether it’s your first time, or you are a veteran to waxing and just need to switch things up, I really really recommend Carolina at European Wax Center in Draper.

I bought a leg/bikini wax package last year and visited EWC once a month throughout the spring and summer. I have returned again this spring and was happy to find that nothing had changed. I love having a place that's clean, comfortable, and private for body waxing. However, none of that would matter without Jenna. She is really the best. I was very nervous going to EWC for the first time so I researched online reviews for the Draper location and repeatedly came across excellent ones for Jenna. She definitely lives up to the hype and then some. Jenna is friendly, professional and VERY good at what she does. She makes the process as quick and painless as possible and she's meticulous about getting every last hair. I have never experienced "berries" or brushing after being waxed by Jenna. Check in and out is always quick and the front desk staff are friendly. They also sell some great products to help limit ingrown hairs and slow hair growth.

I’ve been a client here and bought passes for the past three years and just in the past few months they’ve gotten horrible. There seems to be no consistency here lately. Front desk workers in and out, not very good waxing therapists available and working here. I had a very good lady, but she left and now it just seems like they hire anyone with not good experience. I won’t be going here anymore and will look else where. They need to train their waxers better. I’m leaving the salon with wax all over me and hairs still left. Not happy at all, especially for how much I pay for my passes.

Laura is a fantastic wax specialist. She provides excellent service, is able to do my brows exactly how I want them, and is very pleasant to interact with. The service here is professional and prices are reasonable for the quality of service.
