I have been an intern coach at Ignition Fitness & Sports for 3 weeks so far. Jason Tompkins, Luke Rudberg, and Matt Merrick have all provided incredible knowledge and motivation toward myself and the clients that attend this extraordinary facility. I love the way they educate others about health and wellness. All of them have allowed me to become a stronger person physically and mentally. I have had the privilege of working out with the clients and coaching them also. This experience thus far has helped ignite the fire inside myself to become a better person in this world. I am excited to see what I become in the future from the rest of my experience here and am grateful to be able to be an intern coach at such a fine establishment!

I had privilege to intern and train with Jason in the summer of 2015. I learned more in those few months than I I didn't in my 5 years in school! Jason and Luke are absolutely brilliant. Training at ignition will help you feel good, move good and look good! They will design a functional fitness program for any person, at any age, at any skill level. If you live in the Mankato area and your not training at Ignition...your doing it wrong.

I love Ignition Fitness. I never thought I would say this but I'm addicted to the gym! Jason and his staff keep me positive, motivated and healthy. I'm losing weight, moving better and most importantly, stronger than I've ever been! The workouts are never the same. Jason is constantly encouraging us to try new things and to better ourselves. I didn't know anything about strength training when I started but Jason and the entire class made me feel welcome and confident. I've experience problems with my back and shoulder since my 20's and Jason is always aware of every member's personal goals and he tailors the classes to suit the individual. Ignition Fitness is a really welcoming gym. I've met a lot of fantastic people working out there. I feel so energized after every work out. Ignition Fitness and Sports has changed my life. The members that go to Ignition are all fabulous and they inspire me every morning. Coach Jason is a pro! He is passionate about making fitness challenging and fun. With the support of Ignition and Breanna at Ideal Weigh To B, I lost 80 pounds and gained a love for my personal health and strength.
