IHOP

The food was not good, or even cooked properly. The service was worse. Our waitress literally tossed silverware on the table and left. She didn't engage with but two tables and completely neglected a table of elderly people. I know it's IHOP and it doesn't have to be gold standard, but it also didn't have to be substandard, which at this point would be a compliment. Absolutely terrible. If I could rate zero stars I would do so.

Dropped for a late breakfast. Was seated and brought water's, then forgotten about. Had the menus down on the table for over 30 minutes. They were not busy either but when the waitress sat and took the order of other patrons who came in 25 minutes after me. I got up and left. Worst IHOP I have been to. Cannot say anything about the food, never got the chance to order. Avoid this IHOP like the plague. Service totally blows...

It's just how expect IHOP too be. We had a nice waitress. Food was decent and well priced. In all I know my kid will want to drag me back here for the pancakes. Kid-friendliness: They have booths. And well what kid doesn't enjoy pancakes? Parking: It's parking in a shopping area. There was plenty of space. Wheelchair accessibility: They have the dip/ramp. Maybe a little difficult because of the snow right now.

The food and even the coffee was cold. One plate came out late and the manager/ waiter actually had forgotten it... so it was cold too. Quality of food was decent but such BAD service with no apologies. My husband even left a tip!!! I would not have. I know Friday morning can be busy but but this was unacceptable

I Can’t Put Zero Stars! I have nothing against ihop their food is always great. Unfortunately after Only Hearing mmhmm mmhmm and nothing else coming from the waiter and seeing her treat the people next to us in a more up standard service. I wouldn’t recommend. This isn’t the first, second, nor third time. Observing the workers too, it’s obvious they choose who to give nice customer service and food service as well.

DO NOT go!! You will just waste your own time and money there. Went there with my partner and besides us there was a table of three people. We ordered chocolate chocolate chip pancakes and somesort of a combo with french toast. Anyways, first of all the waitress was old and looked like she hadn't had no sleep for a couple of days. Bare in mind this was our first time visiting Ihop. So when I ordered my pancakes I said no whipped cream, everything else was fine. That means that the pancakes would only come with chocolate syrup. When my partner was ordering she didn't even ask what kind of a toast he wants and does he want bacon or sausage. I had to ask her myself do we have to choose and then she started to read the menu and was "oh yeah, you have to choose". Anyways got our orders finally sorted. I ordered tea and the cup was dirty and had some lipstick stains on. The manager was super nice and he sorted that out for me. That one star is only going to him. We waited for food super long and there was only one other table besides us. The food finally hits the table and I have no chocolate syrup on mine and instead i had BUTTER?!? There is no butter in the description and I was so upset. Asked her to get me some syrup. I was polite not a Karen about it but I was boiling inside. The pancakes were pretty dissapointing aswell. Never ever going back there and I am sad we will never get back that time that we wasted there. Plus could've gone an used the money somewhere else for better food.

This is the first time we experienced horrible service we waited long for somebody to take our orders. 2 tables that came after us got their services while we sat there waiting with no drinks we even asked if we can get service and still no one came

I usually order the usual order for my morning, the Strawberry and banana french toast, but this morning, the order didn't look any bit of appetizing. The strawberries came more watery instead of the usual syrup, the bananas were more old and wilted, and no butter was included with it. Had me disappointed when I reached home. Update: They seem to have stepped their game up, It might have been a bad day for the cook or something. The days I've ordered in the future have been very good.

Speed of service seems to be a bit slow no matter when you go. But the servers are all polite and helpful to substitute items to help customize your meal. Kid-friendliness: Small but decent kids meal. They have some decent choices on it, just not breakfast items.

Updated-2019 I took a break from this store for few months then came back outta convenience one time July time and I remembered why I used to come here all the time. The evening manager/waiter dint recall his name but he has the ponytail, he the most polite, fast, courteous, and accurate waiter Ive had in a long time. He continues to check in on you and see if you need anything. I always eat the same thing I’m a creature of habit so I can say I fully recommend you getting the Breakfast Sampler! Its my fav. And Ive turned a few people so far, to come to the dark side and they get the Sampler every time now. I will say a Good manager makes the whole experience dining there completely different. I have continued to come back since the summer and I will as long as they keep up with great service. In fact I’m going to eat here in next 15mins! 2018- I enjoy Ihop at most places this 1 has great food so i come back. But i honestly dont care for the customer service lately at this place. I once rated this place a 5star but due to the same waiter with the weird eyebrows he has missed up our order, drinks, very slow service, not refilling drinks, items missing and he is always confused/lost.
