IHOP

Best breakfast chain!! Super heavy portion sizes!! We tried the appetizer combo having onion rings, fried chicken and mozzarella sticks!! Also tried the chicken fajita omlette with hash browns and classic and cinnamon pancakes!! The unlimited refills for drinks are amazing. For drinks we tried the iced coffee and raspberry lemonade!! The waitresses gave good suggestions and great service!!!

We were excited to find an iHop on our way to Philly from MD. We have always had great experiences anytime we have visited the chain. I am sorry to say that we had terrible service and food. We stopped there on a Thursday evening and the place looked shut down - dilapidated building, parking lot, and interior. We should have known to go elsewhere when there was only one other table taken in the place. The one working and I use that term lightly server was training another employee. They were sweet as sugar when we saw them but they took our drink orders and never brought them. Food took a half hour and we had to ask for our drinks after the food arrived. Pancakes were good. An egg white omelette with spinach and cheese was overpriced, tiny, and basically inedible because of the amount of grease in it, on it, and around it. The servers never returned even though we were the ONLY people in the place at the time. We had to go to the register and ask for our checks. And then we had to ask for the itemized receipt because they "nickel and dimed" us for EVERYTHING. Left hungry and annoyed. Definitely will not be returning or recommending to anyone passing through.

I placed my order online at 10:38 a.m. I received an automatic response confirming the order would be done by 11:02 a.m. I parked at Curb Side spot #5 at 10:52 a.m. I ended up having to check in with the front desk 3 times before my order was said to be done at 12:04 p.m. --an entire hour after it had indicated. I took my order to my car, and did a quick check to ensure there were no missing items. I noticed the onion rings I had ordered was missing. I went back to inform the front desk, who quickly took the order to the kitchen and returned with an order of onion rings. I asked to speak with the Manager, who was responsible for the lack of follow-through. The Manager, Joseph Mastiff last name might be incorrect, came out to address me, because he certainly did not address my concern. After explaining to him the situation, he responded as if perplexed, and he said, "I don't understand what you want me to do." I said that I would like a refund. His comment was, "How much did you spend," as if to say, 'You didn't spend a lot of money --why would you need a refund?' He stated he could take my order back, and then refund me. He said he could give me a coupon for a free stack of pancakes. I asked for his name, and I left. When I got home, I opened my order to eat, and noticed my onion rings and toast were burnt, and my order was incorrect. I ordered the 2×2×2 with turkey sausages not turkey bacon --and yet my order came incorrectly with the latter. I chalk this up to poor management. The Manager did not handle this situation with empathy; he merely described his own issues with his employees as opposed to addressing my lack of satisfaction with the service. I would like for this to be resolved. Please respond with a resolution.

Steak tips were absolutely the best that I have ever had at IHOP. Apparently the cook on tonite has been there for something like 10 years and has his flair that he puts on certain things, and the steak tips were definitely one of them. Absolutely juicy and succulent, and the flavor was the most amazing ever!!!

Stopped here on my way out of town. I have been to several ihops, by far worst ones i have seen. Table was dirty, they did not have heat which was fine, bathrooms horrible dirty smelly. Also my waiter his whole uniform looked like he has not washed in days. I know in restaurants there are spills and accidents but his uniform did not make me sense that my food would be “well cooked.” Also the food came out dry. My sons nuggets looked like they were the last ones from the freezer and had been freezer burned then cooked. I know the food at Ihop is not “fresh” but i would just not come back here.

I ordered food for my kids this morning and went to pick up my order. Guess what, my order was gone. They don't have a hostess at the door which is not a great practice, but he manager Jessica had a frustrated attitude because I was upset my food was taken. This IHOP really has the worst customer service and the fact they just allow people to take food off the table is poor practice. I wasted my time and I have to wait on regional management to call me to receive a refund.

Our server was really chill and cool. The food was okay. Two servers we’re having an argument about a coffee pot and the one girl was yelling all out in the open in front of guests. She finally calmed down when the manager pulled her into the kitchen. Our server was cool about it, but explained to us what happened. Apparently he took her coffee pot and she felt some type of way and decided to scream about it in-front of all of the customers. Very rude and unprofessional!!!! We ended up taking our food and leaving!

Great service and the food was good. My wife ordered her favorite Colorado Omelet and I ordered a burger. Her breakfast and my dinner. It is nice that places that offer breakfast do so while still offering there lunch and dinners.Food: 5/5

Food was good our server Jolene was great but the guy with the two tone hair could use a few lessons in customer service.

The pancakes they serve are really yum. They also serve egg omlet which are great and filling, burgers, mains are also on their menu. They have spl menu for kids and elder people which are on discounted rates. We tried their strawberry cheese pancake. Buttermilk chicken with spinach and mashed potato on sides and plain waffle
