Wendy's

So I ordered online about 20 minutes ahead of Time so I can have it ready by the time I get there. We get to the drive thru window to pick up my order, they say it wasn’t made and I need to order on the kiosk even though I already ordered and paid online?? Makes no sense but okay. To make matters worse the man at the window he has a tattoo on his arm and a long ponytail had a attitude while he was speaking to us and told us to get out of line and try again the line was wrapped around the store. He said these exact words “You can get back in my line and try again”. I called for a refund and they couldn’t give me that. Told me to wait three minutes and they’d bring my food to the door. I waited for fifteen minutes and no one came to the door and they’re not letting anyone in. The workers are inside hiding and ignoring people rather than helping people. Had to get back in line only for them to tell me to come back to the door and get my food. I got my food but it took an hour and twenty minutes. It SHOULD NOT have taken that long for any reason!

If you do not have one of the main ingredients of an item, you should TELL people that when they order, so they can at least make an informed decision. I would have changed my order from the pretzel pub burger if I knew they had no fried onions left. When I drove back around, after realizing they weren't there, to ask for a refund, they REFUSED and offered me some raw onions instead. Epic fail.

Service was very fast. I went through the drive-thru. There was a minor issue where they forgot to give me an order of fries I purchased, but they politely apologized and fixed the problem. And the food actually looked and tasted great. They took their time and the presentation of the food was excellentFood: 5/5

Although 8 persons working, it took 10 minutes to get a person on the register in s ide and place an order. Though once placed the order came up closer to normal. Hopefully this was only a one day exception to normal operational managerial staffing efficiencies in the fast ?? Food industry?Food: 4/5

I like that the dining room has a homey feel. Comfy chairs near a fire place is a cool alternative. The accessable outlets as well as a cheap quick filling biggie bag made it an easy choice while in the area.Food: 2/5

The food was pretty good this time the cashier didn't even bother to call us up didn't say hi or anything just took our order and handed me the receipt which I thought was kind of rudeFood: 5/5

I use the app and pick up my breakfast through the drive-thru. The breakfast baconator is amazing and this location is really good.Food: 5/5

We have been going to that Wendy’s for dinner every Sunday night for years. Most Sunday nights they are slow, we always go inside to order our food to dine in or take out. The drive-through lines are very long. They often have problems with the Coca-Cola freestyle machines. Often they cannot scan the app because their handheld scanner is down or some thing. If you have a coupon in the app just show it to them they will apply it manually. Despite everything we still continue going there every Sunday night. It is the cheapest place where I can buy the most amount of fast food. Some Wendy’s offer a 10% Senior discount, this store offers a free senior beverage which I prefer, they’ll give you a small soda cup for free. I have never really had problems getting a correct order and the food has always been hot despite all the other problems at that store. The restroom is usually nice and clean and the people are friendly, they just seem to overwhelm easily. Don’t be afraid to stop there as long as you are not in a hurry. It’s still a very nice Wendy’s, it is our favorite Wendy’s. See you there next Sunday night. PS Don’t park next to building because you’ll get blocked in by drivethru traffic, park in the outside perimeter spots.

For a place that has many new hires training, they seem to be learning at an average speed and are very attentive no matter what the other reviews say. Yes it's always packed and wrapped but it's in a high traffic location so it's going to be busy. Best part about this location is the great, hardworking and soo gorgeous manager Gladyelis. She works so hard and should be offered a raise.

They put everything on my kids 3 double cheese burgers when they all should have been plain with ketchup. Fries were not fresh but hard. And soda/juice machines were acting up. The wait time was ridiculous. Rather you did drive thru or walk in. Oh and the bathrooms needed to be cleaned and no hand soap big no no. Umm made me question the employees hands.
