Arby's

Arby's generally has good food. I can't though deal with cold fries. I don't understand how food prices continue to go up but how the food is prepared is even sloppier than before. The only fast food restaurant that has consistently good food right now is Chick-fil-A.

Quick service, food was good and the daytime crew are fantastic compared to night. Demond is the name of the person who took my order at the drive thru was very patient and nice with my order I appreciated him & his patience. Will be back during the day.

Update= Went back today for first time in a couple weeks. New people working this week day were much better and friendly. Thank you. I’ll stick to Monday nights until I know for sure the others are gone. I like Arby’s. But the people at this rt 13 location in new castle De are extremely rude, ghetto and unprofessional. I thought the last 2 times were just a bad day. Nope. A third in 2 weeks.The worst service I’ve ever had at a fast food place. McDonald’s has much better service. I guess you get what you pay for Arby’s. I guess we know why your current workers aren’t putting in applications at the higher paying fast food spots up the street. They would be fired that week! Exactly what you should do. Or raise wages for happy and better employees.

Very friendly staff, loved the fresh flowers on each table. Really unexpected detail for a fast food place. Staff was very helpful, addressing issues with the ketchup dispenser immediately and giving us an upgraded shake size due to the fact we had a longer wait due to the large size of our order. We'll be back!

The second was good but they forgot to unlock the door so we had to go through the drive-thru the we've got we got three orders of french fries one was so salty I could not even eat them and I think they just had one big chicken finger for my son and tore them into two the they do need to work on their soda machinesFood: 3/5

Its not like i didnt like it its just that the employees are just standing around. Not doing what they should. Making the drive through wait way longer. i dont know where the employees should have been but it doesn't take 5 people to make a soda i still go back

Employees are nicer here than any other Arby's we've been to! Very efficient and personable. Our food was hot and fresh. They keep the dining area very clean and the restrooms were also clean and neat.
