One of the worst customer service ever i’ve seen in the whole USA, worst customer service . I’ve ordered through drive through by waiting in line for more than 20mins and ordered food, they didnt gave me the receipt and the food even they told me to wait in the parking lot i have waited for more than 25mins i didnt recieved the food. they wasted my one hour of time by saying they dont have the food i ordered. its disgusting no respect for the customer. i donno to whom to complain about this the management should change . or else this place will be a disaster, I left this place with empty stomach and with hunger..

it's mc Donald's the food is fast but not at this location. plan on being on line for at least 10-15 minutes and don't expect the fries to be fresh they sit with the fire thing filled up with full containers and they cook them way to fast ahead so they are never super hot. they used to have a2 hash browns for$1.00 that no other location had so it was definitely worth it at breakfast but not any more it's like $3.00 each now so 2 is almost$6.00. talk about a mark up! I have gone here in a few weeks because the prices are just too much. it cost more here than a sit down steak place for lower quality food.

Wait 15 minutes for a sweet tea because they took 5 peoples orders that arrived after me. And when I bring it up the child at the window rolls her eyes, shrugs her shoulders, and says okay what am I supposed to do about that. I don't know for starters your job correctly. Maybe some customer service training.Service: 1/5

Very worst customer service… We ordered by drive thru and we ordered two crispy chicken sandwich,two chicken 6 pcs nugget and one large fries but they gave only one crispy chicken sandwich…since we are in hurry we couldn’t able to check it properly… and within few minutes we called and let them know about it..they simply said sorry and they were asking us to come back to get my sandwich by today or tomorrow … i told them its impossible to come back now and i asked them can you refund money or can i get free chicken sandwich in near by mcdonalds they simply said no and im sorry… im just thinking.. what if someone is traveling from other state taking up an drive thru order and if they miss out few items.. is it possible to travel from other state to get this sandwich… then why do they have chain restaurants ?? And first missing out customers order it their mistake….. they have to refund money no matter what.. im not gonna come back to this chain restaurant if they treat us like this..

The service here is pretty bad and though there were very few people, the delivery was delayed and even the French fries were too salty. First time experienced a poor service and not great food in a Mcd.

Clean store, restroom, parking lot. Not all McDonald’s charge the same prices. This one is EXPENSIVE! Happy meal prices over a dollar more than other locations. Can’t order a cheeseburger Happy Meal at kiosk without ordering a hamburger one and customizing it by adding cheese. I cashed in an app reward for a FREE Happy Meal and I had to pay 89 cents in cash for that slice of cheese to get a free with rewards points happy meal. What????

Hey, It's Mickey Dee's, I love Mickey Dee's, and this is another in the family of franchise's which sticks to the McDonald's corporate blueprint. There was nothing extra spectacular to warrant a 5th star, on the other hand, they did nothing heinous that may have resulted in the loss of a star. The customer service was expectedly on point and the fare was tasty and fresh as one would expect from the McDonald's family of quick stops. Didn't luck out and catch a fresh out of the deep fryer French fries but they were still above the floppy fry boo on you level, and that was just fine by me. I salted my fries and stacked them on both decks of my awesome as mostly usual Big Mac. Lawd oh lawd do i love me some Big Mac with fries inside meal. Andi also hold this franchise close to my heart. Ronnie boy oh Ronnie boiii! Do that spooky azz thing you do and keep them burgers, fries, and Chocolate shakes flying at supersonic speeds. Some call you a clown..bah! You are Saint Ronald as far as me and mine are concerned! Rock On!

Terrible customer service. Didn’t get the sauce we ordered and the fries were hard. Staff also doesn’t know how to modify the orders. There was no sauce on the spicy chicken sandwiches we ordered as well.

Congratulations to al the employees in this Mcdonalds, the cashier, the cleaning woman ... all of them totally devoted to help you, the place is clean, luminuous, they are so gentle , definitively we will get back. Thanks for such a good attendance to us bringing to our table the sauces, changing the ice tea by sodas with a big smile all the time, and being bilingual people all the time we speak english but we are Peruvians and our mother language is spanish. We are 60 years couple and were treated with a courtesy that we never got in other fast food restaurants. Thanks. Aissa J. Arias.

We ordered 3 Big Macs and a fish filet got to the window and we told them we are missing a sandwich. And she told us that they only charged us for two. So I showed her the receipt and she gave us the sandwich.
