Amazing workouts, friendly members, great instructor! Couldn't ask for a better atmosphere in a gym. I would highly recommend this to family and friends!!

Impact is an amazing training facility with awesome instructors! You'll learn valuable skills to protect yourself and your family in a variety of situations. Wonderful group of people to train with who are always willing to help and answer questions! Get in shape go home safe!

I do the Brazillian Jiu Jitsu here and it's a great program! It's a Rodrigo Vaghi team/affiliate of Flashback up in Appleton, so there's a great lineage and access to some very high level instruction. The members here are also genuinely proud of being a part of the team, and there is a great sense of comradrie. I am a blue belt that's trained at a few other schools, and I am very impressed with what Impact has to offer.

Impact Martial Arts is one of the few places in Wisconsin to offer training in Krav Maga, and is the only place I want to go for training. The environment and classes are conducive to solid learning and growth, and challenge you both mentally and physically in ways that help you successfully move forward. Safety, skill, and determination are high values at Impact, and you begin learning right from Day 1 even if you’ve had little or no prior experience. The instructor has years of experience in training and teaching martial arts, and his teaching style strongly reflects that. Everyone who trains here wants to see each other succeed, and you get an incredible workout while learning life-saving skills that you can carry with you into life each day after each class. Classes are offered multiple times per week. If my schedule allowed, I’d attend them all.
