In-Home Gym Studio Personal Trainer

After shopping around I found Troy to be the absolute best personal trainer in Glendale and the surrounding area. The almost immediate results in core flexibility and his attention to detail is fantastic. He's customized a program of interesting and fun exercises and training to fit my specific needs and well, it's been a life changing experience. In our particular setup, we train at a big open park, which I love and do a varied routine that really gets me going. As my personal trainer Troy's training is totally customized to my specific goals. He is not like other personal trainers that train one-on-one but don't personalize the routine. He comes to my home for private personal training lessons. His ability to figure out therapeutic issues is amazing. I have been training with him for 8 years now and love it every time.

I found my experience to be very beneficial and helpful in more ways than one. Not only did I learn from Troy's expertise, but my children benefited from his instruction as well. Troy's enthusiasm and passion for teaching others the importance of proper exercise is contagious. Even my 8 and 6 year old kids are more excited and motivated to work out. Thank you, Troy!!!

When I started getting into my 40's my knees began giving me problems. At first, it was only when I ran, then it degenerated to just walking. I met Troy and he took a few minutes to analyze my posture and how I walk. He felt that my arches were not supporting me enough and it was causing my legs to bend inward and irritating nerves. He explained this in a very detailed way and provided some exercises to help reduce the pain. I noticed results in two weeks. I could go back to what I enjoyed without pain. He also spent a good amount of time discussing my goals and how to approach them intelligently and efficiently. I've been into sports for 30 years and felt I 'knew it all". I was wrong. I learned there are guys out there like Troy that have all kinds of valuable experience all levels of athletes can take advantage of. Thanks Troy!

I have MS and it's very hard and painful to move. With Troy as my personal trainer he made me move more and more and more. It was even more painful after the workout but it was well worth it. We would have to take breaks here and there but for the most part I trained consistently. Other personal trainers were not able to help me like Troy. He is an excellent Certified Personal Trainer and I yelp out there for anyone interested in hiring a personal trainer to hire him.
