I hired Ken as my son's PT. What I did not know at the time he would be so much more, not only to my son, but to our family. He was a wonderful personal trainer and mentor for my son. His caring goes beyond the gym and you can see that in the way he is with his clients. My son was able to take away so much from Ken! Ken became family! I am sad we moved and no longer could receive his services. Move to Ohio Ken!

Coach Ken is a great personal trainer and even more knowledgeable person. He provides great help in becoming the best version of yourself. His workouts are tough but also very rewarding. I would recommend him as a trainer/life coach to every and anyone

Ken is an amazing trainer. He is very patient and really cares about his clients. He motivates you and pushes you to do your best. I was ready for a change and I am glad I found Ken. At first, I didn't think I could do many of the exercises. Ken was so patient despite my constant whining. However, he made me believe in myself, helped me changed my mindset, and little by little I am becoming more confident. I definitely recommend Ken if you are looking for a true change in your life.

I really enjoy working with Ken. He is a great Coach and truly cares. He is easy to talk to and ultimately wants what is best for his clients both in and outside of the gym. He is both inspiring and motivating and I would reccomend his business to anyone looking for an overall growth towards a happy, healthy lifestyle.

I’m a mom, after 3years of gave birth my child, i thought i will be a chubby mom forever. until i work with Coach Ken, I am more positive, active, and more self-confident. Also my life become energetic and healthier. Ken is professional and knowledgeable. He focus on everyone’s need to customize the training plan. Variety of training makes class more fun. Coach Ken is a very patient person even i am not an English native speaker, work with him makes me feel reliable. Now I have healthier eating and exercise habit, and i learned different ways to train my muscle.
Highly recommend to everyone who wants to lost weight, built up a better body shape.
