I trained with Wendy Lucas several times over the past few months.  Her style is friendly and energizing and she is able to work with people at all levels of fitness to help them achieve their goals.  She provided me with very helpful guidance so that I could maintain proper nutrition and a kick butt workout routine in between meetings.  Everyone that I know who followed Wendy's program hit their goals. I am thrilled with what I have been able to achieve and I plan to keep it up.

I have been training with Wendy for the last few months and I can't believe I didn't do this sooner.  Her workouts are tough but nothing she doesn't think you can handle.  Her knowledge and expertise about nutrition was more than I could have expected!  Her personal attention to exercise and diet have completely changed the way I feel.  I am stronger...physically and mentally.  I couldn't have done it without her guidance.  She holds me accountable each week and I appreciate that.

I had the pleasure of training with Wendy. Her passion for fitness and health is contagious. She is knowledgable of working out, nutrition, anatomy, injury prevention and recovery, etc! Definitely received a well rounded training from her. She also will personally create workout routines and diet plans to keep you motivated and on track. Not to mention she is so personable that I was never intimidated and created an awesome connection with her!

Wendy is the absolute BEST! She helped me get into amazing shape for my first NPC Bikini Competition, and I could not have done it without her.  She was there with me from the first day to the day of the competition, helping me every step of the way!  She is so passionate and knowledgeable about health, nutrition and fitness-I learned so much from her.  I would recommend Wendy to anyone wanting to take their health back into their own hands!! Thanks for everything Wendy and can't wait to see you soon!!!

Wendy Lucas was a major contribution to my non profit Miss Bikini Diva show. She provided free workouts every week to 5 of my girls for 8 weeks. She gave the most kick butt workouts, they were challenging but easy to follow and we had so much fun doing them as a team! She was there to always answer any questions that my girls had and always had the most amazing advise for health and nutrition!! She is truely an inspiration to all and I look up to her because I am too a bikini competitior and would love to take first place one day like Wendy achieved already, Love this girl!!!
