Dan and the trainers at OC Fitness are great! There is never any pressure and they always try to make it fun. I find working out there keeps me motivated and challenges me to become even better. My husband and I train together and we love it. I'm down 25 pounds, I feel great and have more energy than ever. Dan monitors our nutrition, gives us workout homework and keeps us on track for our fitness goals.

Wonderful gym with excellent, professional, thoughtful, and motivating trainers. I have the opportunity to work with 3 different trainers (by choice/design), and the variety of workouts is making a difference. Also appreciate the great communication between trainers to ensure best fitness results. OC Fitness Coach is committed to more than the 3 weekly workouts. I track my diet and outside workouts in an app, and my trainers follow it, hold me accountable, and check in with me throughout the week. Highly recommend OC Fitness Coach!

I am a 47, relatively fit, guy who has never really spent much time inside of a gym up until now. My past routine of keeping active had been logging miles on the treadmill but I had always felt the need to do something more. I had a few goals in mind which included increasing overall strength, adding lean muscle, and of course losing those last few stubborn pounds around my mid-section. Having no previous background in strength training I spent a lot of time reading Men's Health magazines and watching Youtube videos but quickly became overwhelmed by a wealth of conflicting information. I just wanted to learn which workouts would be benefit my body type the most and more importantly how to perform those workouts using proper form and technique. Soon after, I decided I would benefit from some one-on-one coaching. Fortunately, I found OCFitness Coach and quickly scheduled my first meeting with Dan and Taran who both seemed genuinely interested in helping me achieve my fitness goals right from the start.
Fast-forward three months later to now. I have definitely made progress toward my goals as I am not only feeling stronger but have noticed new muscle growth which is apparent by the fact that my clothes fit better, particularly around my chest, shoulders, and arms! My posture has improved significantly as well. Some other health benefits I have noticed is that I sleep better. I had been dealing with some lingering health issues going back to last year which included morning and afternoon fatigue, insomnia, and even occasional anxiety which thanks to the work I've put in at OCFitness Coach have all mostly been resolved. I'm happy to say I am feeling great of late. I'm also getting complements from friends and co-workers who have noticed this positive change.
Regarding the actual workouts, they are challenging, but a lot of fun. And I particularly enjoy the diverse approaches of all the coaches there. As well, I never thought I would enjoy Jiu-jitsu and boxing as much as I have! It's never the same workout over and over, Dan and his team of coaches always keep it interesting. I also enjoy the end of workout discussions on things like nutrition, sleep, stress, water intake, and other physical activities. These discussions help keep me on track when I'm not at the gym.
OCFitness Coach has been an awesome experience for me personally and by far the single best life change I've made in quite some time. There aren't any egos or pretentiousness going on here, just knowledgeable fitness coaches who are genuinely interested in helping you achieve your fitness goals.

Over the years that I've trained with Dan, he sure has gotten to know my routine, my capabilities (both inside and outside of my workouts) and has continued to tune the program to my needs. Along with the other trainers, Russ and Terran, they still push my limits without hurting my body (they know we can all overachieve). It makes them a respectable and professional workout-relationship.
They are just so gifted with what they do, always good vibes in the gym and the workouts change ALL THE TIME! Just fun being there.

Dan and Russ make it fun to work out. What can often be a chore is something I look forward to throughout the week. Mixing in martial arts, boxing, and circuit training, the time I spend there flies by, and no two workouts are the same. The best part of it all, is that they really LISTEN to you. They cater to how your feeling while pushing you (gently) to be your best. No yelling "one more set", or "push through the pain". They pay attention to what your body is doing, often asking how you're feeling, and they don't do anything to put your health or body in jeopardy. As someone who is middle aged and doesn't heal as fast as he used to, this is vital to me. Knowing I'm in a safe environment with people looking out for me while I'm there, and for the long term is very reassuring. Combine this with nutrition and meal guidance, and you have a trainer who really cares about his clients.
