Dare To Be Fit | Personal Trainer Oceanside

I've been working out for years and "thought" I was in pretry good shape but Coach has taken me to new levels. I feel stronger and in the best shape of my life. 47 is feeling good! Thx Coach! Would totally reccomend him!

I love coming to the gym now. Coach Berry is always helpful and positive. He cares about each an every person who walks in his door. There is no hype here just solid training. The other clients are wonderful too. We are all working hard and our own levels. I love the changes I am seeing in my body. I can almost fit into a pair of short shorts from my 20's and I am in my last 40's.

Coach Berry is the best! I am the 4th person in my family to go to his studio. He is an amazing motivator. He has helped get me back into a routine, helped me develop a meal plan, work out soreness and build my confidence in the gym. He is knowledgeable, has a huge variety of equipment and cares about his members. He gets results! The studio is clean and easily accessible. I recommend Coach Berry to anyone and everyone!

I've wanted and needed to find a gym that would help motivate me to not only start, but stay committed to an exercise program. Then over the past year, I've met several different women who looked and felt amazing and "coincidentally" were all going to the same gym with the infamous "Coach Berry" as their trainer. So, I decided to stop making excuses and give "Coach" a try. I am only 3 days into it and can honestly say I feel a difference, but most importantly I am excited to work out for the 1st time in YEARS! Coach does an amazing job at making you feel welcome, inspired and excited to be a part of his team. I can tell he has an extensive education on physical fitness and the human body and trust his abilities in helping me attain my goals. I can't wait to post another review in a couple months tracking my progress, b/c I truly believe there will finally be the progression I've always wanted. Thanks to Coach!!

Coach Berry is an amazing personal trainer. He cares about the person as a whole and wants you to succeed in every way that matters to you. My previous gym did not care one bit about my health or if I was doing the exercises correctly....and in only 2 months I am seeing changes in my body I have been trying to get for YEARS! Coach Berry has an amazing amount of equipment both for cardio and toning available in his studio and makes it all work. He makes sure you are doing every exercise exactly right and gives you massages when things hurt and you don't want to continue. His other coaches, Ty and Bob, are also wonderful guys and so very motivating and caring. Where else can you go for training and get a hug everyday? These guys are fantastic!
