**Review:** This place is very cute and cozy, with a great location. They offer a wide variety of choices, making it a wonderful spot to visit. The ambiance is charming, and there's something for everyone on the menu. Highly recommended!
Inatesso started out as a bribe my sister used to get me out of bed early on a Saturday morning. Now it’s become part of my family’s regular weekend routine! We enjoy going for the AMAZING fresh pastries and delicious egg sandwiches. But the coffee is spectacular and why I keep coming back! It’s the best in lower Manhattan, hands down. Plus, the staff and the owner are so kind, funny, endearing! They always greet us with a smile, remember our coffee orders and food preferences, and share their love for music when we compliment them on the vibes. It’s always a wonderful Saturday treat I look forward to at the end of the week :
Good matcha latte but very limited selection of plant based milks. The pastries on display looked very tempting, i have to be back. The ambiance is cute, light and well designed but so many crumbs and dust everywhere, on the tables, on the floor, on the chairs. There were only 2 people besides me so I was surprised the staff could not see that it was time to tidy up a bit.
Grabbed their waffle the other day. It was solid and soft. A good option for breakfast or afternoon snack. Their coffee menu looked interesting.. would like to try if they use different coffee beans.
Ordered the iced tumeric ginger latte and it was pretty good! More gingery than I thought but if I needed a little boost, this would be it. Wish I could have tried the coffee gives me headaches so I like when a cafe has other offerings. Staff was friendly and patient.Food: 5/5
Cute little shop with some nice modern interior decor. We tried the matcha latte that really needed some proper whisking - but we know this probably isn’t their specialty. Will come back for some espresso one day and update this! The ambience is really calm and fun here.
My family and I have been buying pastries at this place for years. The owner is very nice, but the service is horrible. There is no concept of customer service. Every time my family members or I go there, it feels as it’s our first time. Not even because there is no courtesy or any idea how to treat customers. Recently, my daughter forgot her CC at home and she wanted to buy a muffin. She kept trying to pay with an app, but the phone was not working. They saw her struggling, but did not even say, “Is OK, you come here all the time so you can pay when you come back again.” I understand that perhaps they can’t do that but their cold and almost nasty attitude when they are asking what people want is shameful. Some days are worse than others and we go there thinking how the mood is going to be…we don’t have to go there, but we love to support the businesses in our neighborhood. Also, recently, the muffins taste stale and they have messed up the orders. For instance, when I got home, they had given me the wrong sandwich and drink. However, just the thought of going back to deal with their nasty attitude, stops me from going back to complain. Today is it though, we had enough of the attitude, and the lack of customer service. They need training so they can learn how to “fake a smile at least!”
Cafe selling baked goods and La Colombe based coffee drinks. Seating both indoors and outside. A good option if you're staying in FIDIFood: 4/5
Great latte and veggie panini was ok and somewhat mushy. Barista was friendly. The guy who heated my panini, he wasn’t very friendly and a little rude when I asked a question. Cute decor overall.Dine in: YesOutdoor seating: Yes
When I used to live in NYC, I would stop by this cafe to get cupcakes as special treats for my girls once in a while. It’s walking distance to our place and right next to a playground, making it very convenient!Food: 4/5
