I ordered a birth certificate for my son, as I needed one to enroll him in daycare. I paid the fee, provided documents to prove my identity as his mother, but was mailed another child's birth certificate. Now I cant reach the Indiana State Health Department by phone, the phone number is incorrect. Meanwhile, I have someone elses child's birth certificate, I shouldn't have... and my child's personal document is out there somewhere-hopefully not being used & I still cant enroll him in the daycare. -A super frustrated Mom (May 2018)

I have been trying to get corrected birth certificates for my daughter since March 20th, 2018. I’ve left seven messages because the amendment’s office person never answers the phone. They returned my fifth call and were supposed to get back to me the following Monday with answers and never did. I called again to remind them and nothing. That was three weeks ago.

I have been trying to get a corrected birth certificate since December of 2017. I've got nothing but the run around and excuses about being short handed. Not my fault. Plus they want proof of your birth date that is at least 10 years old!!! I am over all of this, maybe my lawyer can get involved and help me. Its a fact that they don't care! very dissatisfied with this department.

A black Indiana nurse was fired after she tweeted a controversial statement about white babies. Taiyesha Baker sparked intense backlash following her tweet, which criticized white male babies and the women who raise them. "Every white woman raises a detriment to society when they raise a son. Someone with the HIGHEST propensity to be a terrorist, rapist, racist, killer, and domestic violence all star. Historically every son you had should be sacrificed to the wolves B***h," she tweeted. In a statement to Indy Star, Indiana University Health -- who employed the woman -- acknowledged the incident. "A recently hired IU Health employee tied to troubling posts on social media this weekend is no longer an employee of IU Health," the company tweeted. THIS WOMAN SHOULD HAVE HER LICENCE PULLED AND HAVE PSYCIATRIC HELP ... KEEP HER AWAY FROM CHILDREN .
