Had a type of catch-22 dilemma of having a lost birth certificate and moving to a different state. I couldn't get a new driver's license because I didn't have a birth certificate, and I couldn't order a replacement birth certificate because my new mailing address didn't match the one on my driver's license, still from my previous state of residency. There was virtually no hold time when I called, and the representative was very nice, easy to speak to, and was able to quickly present a solution.

They are not very helpful or informative, and good luck getting anyone to answer the phone even during business hours. If the call isn't dropped after three rings, it rings literally until you give up. Just now, on my 5th attempt to contact them, the phone rang for nearly three minutes before the call ended abruptly. I'll update this and let you know how many days I have to wait until the supervisor responds to the voicemail I left trying to get a form. That's all I need. A single. Damned. Form. That's it.

I attempted to get a copy of my daughter's birth certificate, filled out all the forms on line threw this website, send in the money and all other documents needed. I have waited over 5 months and have still not recived the birth certificate or any contact about it. It should not he this hard to get a copy of my daughter's birth certificate.
