LOVE LOVE LOVE Indochino! The variety of styles, colors, fabrics, and sizing is OUT OF THIS WORLD! I definitely plan on coming back to purchase other suits/tuxedos! AND the service we were given was outstanding. Jimmy was great! Made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process and explained EVERY detail to the T so I wasn’t just standing there nodding and smiling. The space is great as well, pretty big for several groups of people to be serviced at once. I can’t wait to get my custom suit back!

A fabulous experience. Was greeted by Jimmy as we walked in and the experience just got better from there. It was the one of the best suit buying experiences I've ever had. Very consultative, explaining the various options for us. We will definitely be back.

The manager, Jimmy, and his entire crew were awesome. Indochina has a way to order your suit online but I am here to tell you that going in to the store is the way to go. They do this every day people! If you have an odd body shape or size, they can hook you up. Thanks Jimmy! You have a customer for life.

Jimmy took such good care of me and my fiancé today!!! He’s totally personable and friendly, in a honest, genuine kind of way. More importantly, this guy really knows his stuff. He made sure that the fit of my suit was just right and he offered a lot of smart feedback.

Couldn’t have been happier with my appointment at Indochino! Jeff took care of us from the moment we walked in, start to finish. I worked with Jimmy and Max at the downtown Portland location. They were both wonderfully professional and extremely efficient and communicative in getting me fitted for my wedding. Additionally Jimmy was able to help streamline the process for my groomsmen to be able to have their suits fitted and ordered in their respective locations as they live in different parts of the country. I am very much looking forward to seeing the final product.

Jimmy was awesome to work with, made the process smooth and effortless. Small mishap with the vest on suit arrivel not Jimmy's fault by any means and Jimmy got it taken care of right away! Awesome customer service and I will return for my next suit with out a doubt. Highly recommended!
