Infamous Chicken

Tapas were really good! My husband and I ordered 1/2 chicken, home smoked duck, mushroom pie and lamb meatballs. My personal favorites were the lamb meatballs and the smoked duck. Everything else was great: atmosphere, service, food presentation... Definitely going back again :

A remarkable new spot in UWS! They have a really nice mix of dishes, that I wouldn't have thought of hand would match up so well. The base is delicious roasted chicken with three amazing sauces to dip from chipotle, onion jam and salsa. And then you can add a variety of tapas. There is also brisket which was great - and I liked the Mezcal drink. All in all a great new spot

Great bar for a first date. It's quiet and they offer excellent drinks. They made one of the best lemon drop martinis I ever had not shown in pic.

Gorgeous atmosphere! I was just passing through, not knowing where to go to eat that wouldn’t waiting for hours, and I found this place! Did I end up waiting? Of course. It’s New York. But it was worth waiting for. Great food. The appetizers were delicious, the cocktails are wonderful, and I had the best steak ever! I’m not a beef lover — only eat it once in a blue moon — but it was wonderful! I ended up giving part of it to my sweetie too much food, and he ate it on top of his duck. Will be going again in the near future.

Meh. Not really worth the price, but the service was good and the place was clean and had good music. The problem was that the food was out of whack. There was so much sauce with everything, as if to make it seem like more food than it really was. The smoked duck, for instance was a huge glob of orange sauce with a bunch of fritters with 5 thin slices of smoked roast duck on top. Definitely not what you expect when you order something called, simply, "smoked roast duck." Not bad, just not what you ordered and not worth the price.

Fabulous! We are big fans of their restaurant Marlow next door so we decided to go try infamous. Brisket and the burger are awesome. I look forward to trying the rest of the menu. The place itself is really cute and relaxed. Service is also great. Very friendly.

Great food! Walked in on a whim after seeing the interior from across the street. The vodka cocktail was excellent. The House Smoked Duck was out-of-this-world, and the tiramisu is a must have. Can't wait until my next trip to NYC so I can give this spot another visit!

The decor at this eatery is absolutely beautiful. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The menu selections are not enormous but quite adequate and the prices are somewhat high. The food was more deliciously seasoned than I can describe. My only complaint is that you are not served the amount of food you would expect, for the amount of money charged for it. But it was indeed DELICIOUS!

What a great intimate space to have dinner. Perfect for date night or grabbing some comfort food. The menu is vast and filled with comfort food and other great dishes. The lighting and mood is perfect and a great place for the neighborhood. Just like their other restaurants, the focus is on the food but the decor and staff are just as good!

Amazing food, especially the brisket. Awesome dessert--do not skip the chocolate mousse. Great execution of industrial French farmhouse decor. Airy, hip, and fun atmosphere.
