Although the food is good, their behavior is questionable! I ordered an extra beans and never received it. I called them back but they literally blocked my number. Called from hubby’s phone and it was working, all this after waiting 1 hour for the food. Won’t be ordering anymore… they lost a costumer for literally $4
they had the goods if you ask for a sapote milkshake they will make it, don't know of another spot that will do it

This place is worth the wait as their food is so fresh. They work hard to fill the bins with all of that chicken, pork, beef. I can’t wait to come back and try that BBQ, it looked so good. I ordered a half a chicken with rice, beans and platano maduro and it was only $10!! It was like 2 pounds of food. My sister and I ended up splitting it and we had enough for breakfast and lunch the next day! I’ll be back.
I went to New York yesterday and happened to try this REASTAURANT ,I must say the food is good ,but the employees needs to stop having attitude ,especially when u trying to tell them how u want ur Oder Because at the end of the day it’s u paying
If you call for pickup more than an hour in advance and tell them when you’re going to pick it up its not going to be ready when you get there. for the teensiest lunch order too. Bunch of people were waiting in line getting frustrated as well. Asked about my pickup after 10 min of waiting and i did try to get their attention, they didn’t have the paper with my order. Food is good, don’t go there on your lunch break. You’re going to waste time.
I had a horrible experience here. One of the members of staff was extremely rude to me. I made an order online and they accepted the order and sent me a notification that it was ready to be picked up. They called me to let me know they didn’t have what I ordered which begged the question “why then did you accept the order and charge me when uber eats let’s you notify the customer that you don’t have an item on the menu so they can change their selection or cancel the order?” I called back but since they were on another call, it didn’t go through and the voicemail wasn’t set up so I had to go there in person to see what I could do and after waiting for 30 minutes because they insisted I speak to one specific lady who handled online orders, she told me it wasn’t her problem because they tried to call me. No apology for the long wait or inconvenience or for accepting an order that they couldn’t fulfill and charging me, impeding me from canceling the order because as far as Uber Eats is concerned, the restaurant had completed my order. Highly unnecessarily rude encounter and a waste of my time. The lady in question hissed and motioned to her coworker that I was crazy for complaining about the situation that “wasn’t her fault” as I walked out. Don’t go here.
