I have always had a great experience at Infiniti of Columbus.  I called in and needed routine oil service an brake service on a quick timeframe due to a long emergency road trip I need to make.  Brad Langford was able to get me in same day and job completed within a couple hours.  Best service guy ever.

Finally, car shopping without feeling like I needed to escape.  Juan was professional, personable, knowledgeable and listened to what I was asking for instead of trying to steer me in another direction.  Highly recommend this guy if you're looking to buy a vehicle.

Recently had a maintenance need pop up. Brad did a great job and was able to address my issue same day. Kept costs low as well. Great place for service.
