I cannot give enough praise to MAG BMW for their excellent customer service, and repair work on my 2018 BMW M3. The team at MAG, specifically John Cox went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. I fully recommend anyone looking to have service done on their BMW to stop over and talk to John. Looking forward to stopping into the sales department when it comes time to lease a new car or SUV for my wife, as I'm sure they'll continue to take care of me!
The process of purchasing my 2018 VW Tiguan R-Line from MAG was fantastic, I can’t praise them enough for the fantastic customer service and process from start to finish. I called MAG from Atlanta where I reside, and spoke to Drake who held the car pending my arrival a few days later. I was collected from the airport by Steve, a MAG representative who continued the fantastic customer service, he is a very personable guy and provides a great customer facing experience. The location is nothing short of incredible, Drake was as great in person as he was on the phone, really can’t speak highly enough of him, fantastic. My only frustration is that I couldn’t use my own finance company due to being out of state which in the end cost me more due to a higher interest rate offered from the dealership. Overall, MAG made one of the more stressful experiences you have rather enjoyable, and I got a great deal on a wonderful car.
Excellent customer service. I purchased few luxury cars from this dealership and all the parts of transaction was smooth and professionally handled by qualified reps. John and Charles are great to work with, and I will definitely use and recommend this dealership to everyone looking for ultra luxury vehicles
I had such a great experience with Midwestern Auto Group compared to other dealerships. I was able to schedule a test drive for the Jetta I was looking at immediately. They accepted my trade-in and gave me a good price for it even though it had some major mechanical issues. Glen Ralston was my consultant who helped me throughout the entire process, he made everything go very smooth and turned a stressful time into a pleasant experience. I'd highly recommend Midwestern Auto Group to anyone and I'd tell them to ask for Glen!
Horrific customer service! Worked a deal on a certified Velar asked for the purchase agreement multiple days to hand over to my credit union. Needless to say lack of response from Simon and after 3 business days, he decides to inform me its been sold. No wonder they wouldnt take a deposit because it's most likely common practice. Definitely take your business some other place, shipping a car is cheap no reason to deal with a sleazy auto group.
Nate my service consultant is awesome. I dropped my Audi off for service and felt welcomed the second I stepped through the door. Plus there is an absolutely stunning nardo grey r8 sitting in the show room...
I did not have a good experience. I brought my car into the shop for a routine oil change. When I got there I was told that I needed to have a 600 dollar procedure done, when I pushed back and asked if I needed to do it, I was told by one person yes and by one person no. I ultimately did the procedure but can't help wondering if I really needed to get it done. On top of that the WI-FI was out and the TV did not work. I was left in the show room for 6 hours doing nothing, I wasn't told the WI-FI was out or even offered coffee. To top it off I got home to find my license plate cover was replaced for a MAG one that I did not ask for. Needless to say myself and other family and friends with VW won't be returning and will be taking our business to Germain.
Over the past 16 years I’ve bought 5 new BMWs from MAG. I’ve been very satisfied with the service I’ve received from them. They have said that I was their best customer. I’m planning on buying a 6th new BMW in the next few months.
Very thankful for the team at Midwestern Auto Group Ferrari. I highly recommend the salesman Charles Gambill. He sold me my first Ferrari and the experience was excellent.
Will not take responsibility Took car in to fix frm modual, left with no a/c, SOS Malfunction, and engine hot! Now cd player does not work! 1 thing someone put fuse in wrong location ! $170 extra was fine when dropped off! Now cd player does work! They said they did. Nothing wrong!! Must have been same person who put fuse wrong! Mine is antique that's why it went bad! Per service manager
