Ink It Over

Epson printer wasn't recognizing any of the ink cartridges. Stefan cleaned the printer and performed all of the testing and it appeared that we might have had a motherboard issue which would probably have costed more than the printer was worth. Before we had to make that decision, however, he had another printer in his store and he decided to swap out the cartridges and the error codes disappeared. Going one step further, he tested out each of the original cartridges and discovered that only one of the cartridges was defective and caused the error codes for all of the other cartridges as well. Stefan definitely put in more effort than the diagnostic fee warranted. Thanks to him, I not only have my printer back, but I don't have to lose any cartridges with exception of the defective one. I definitely recommend Ink It Over and won't hesitate using their services again if any other printer problems should occur.

I'm very impressed with Stefan and Ink It Over. The print quality of my LaserJet was poor. Stefan and I exchanged several emails to determine the problem. My print cartridge was fairly new. Even so, when I told Stefan that I had a spare cartridge, he said to give it a try. He said that cartridges can fail prematurely. Sure enough that was the problem. I was expecting a bigger problem and was prepared to take the printer in for service. Stefan saved me a service call this time, but I will certainly take future printer problems to Stefan and Ink It Over.

Stefan at Ink it Over is great! He goes above and beyond to make sure his customers are happy. Whenever I have ordered ink, even very small orders, he has personally delivered it to my office. On top of that, he is such a nice person, so it's always good to see him. I definitely recommend this company!

Stefan was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He kept me up to date on any problems with my printer and let me know how much repairs may cost. If I ever have a problem with my printer in the future, I am bringing it back here.
