Very acomidating, super friendly staff. Great place to stay. Will be back, will not hesitate to recommend to family and friends. You will not be disappointed staying here. Breakfast was fantastic! I truly have nothing bad to say about this place.

My boyfriend took me here for the weekend. It was dreamy😍 staff was very pleasant, and breakfast was wonderful! We plan on staying again! Btw, we stayed in the Rose room, hands down the best suite!

We thoroughly enjoyed our brief stay at the inn. The Rose Suite was gorgeous and inviting. Tthe breakfast by Ms. Linda was delicious especially the biscuits and gravy. We will definitely be back!

The Inn at 835 was wonderful! The rooms felt like you were staying in someone's home. Every night there are cookies placed on your door with a note of the next day's weather. We had a lovely clawfoot tub, complete with rubber ducky. Linda cooked a delicious breakfast each morning!

If you ever come to Springfield IL, the Inn at 835 is above and beyond a wonderful place to stay! Its a historic building, it's haunted and walking distantace to the downtown area where the Lincoln home, capital building and Frank Loyd Wright house are located. Every evening we get a plate of cheese and crackers with a bottle of wine. Then at bedtime we have turn down service with a basket of warm fresh baked cookies delivered to our room! They even give us a sheet with the weather conditions for tomorrow. Breakfast is fresh cooked, delicious and served to us every morning. It's all included! All of the staff went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. We would highly recommend this place.
