Innovative Ophthalmology: Barbara Bowers MD

I have to say Dr. Bauers is a very professional and great doctor who cares about her patients. I would personally recommend her to anyone looking to having there eyes checked out. I love the way she cares for her patients. It's as it each one is treated like family. I will definitely be a return customer and a devoted fan of hers. Your the Best!

My experience has been good. The VA Hospital in Marion, Illinois sent me 2 years ago to be under her care for my cataract eye problem. So now I wouldn't have to drive the 100 mile round trip for my eye care, which I now get in my home area. Her and her staff have been very courteous and professional and use technology I had never seen before.

I have had over 50 surgeris from Chicago, to springfield, il, to replacements in Paducah. I've experienced many drs and surgeons. The staff and dr. Bowers' skills are "state of the art"!!! Dr. Bower's is a SUPER opthamologist!!!! A surgeon I had in 30 years in Chicago was 1 of 10 in the United States in 1984. Dr. Bowers is rated (in my book) is one of the BEST!!!!!! Her staff is awesome! I am so grateful for the care I received from her!! She's very compassionate and professional!! I've only had the " very best surgeons" in my 33 yrs. Dr. Bowers is #1 in my opinion!! So grateful for her staff and her "top knotch" skills. You won't find a Dr like her!!!!
