Extremely disappointed. I had my final treatment on Saturday and was so unhappy to I told the receptionist I wouldn't be back. She asked if I'd like a call from management and I said yes. I still haven't heard from them and doubt I will.
Years ago I came here for a series of chemical peels. I was assigned to Azar whom I found to be brash, abrasive and unfriendly. She administered the peel and made side comments about the state of my skin. After my series was over, I decided not to return.
Recently I decided I wanted to do eMatrix and unfortunately this is one of the only places in the area that offers this laser. Despite repeated requests for a different technician, I was assigned Azar once again. In our initial consultation, I quickly realized nothing had changed - she was rude, cold and abrasive. I went against my better judgement (mainly because I really wanted the laser) and had a series of three treatments.
The third and final treatment was the last straw. Azar was outright rude from the get go. On the way back to the laser room, she complained that she was having a rough day (it was 9:00am!) and then proceeded to forget numerous parts of the procedure such as asking me what intensity I wanted the laser, if there were any spots I wanted to focus on and giving me the stress ball for the pain. She rushed through the treatment and it was a lot more painful than any previous visit. I asked if there were any other treatments that I could do to help improve the texture of my skin and she was like no, you need to fix your acne first. (Side note - I don't have acne and have repeatedly told her my skin condition. For her to not remember is alarming given that I am paying her to improve my skin.)
When she was done she didn't say anything - just led me out of the room. I asked for additional carrot seed oil (something she had given me both prior times for helping the healing process) and she was stingy, snarky and rude. I decided I'd had enough of being treated like this and told the receptionist I wouldn't be back. I paid FAR too much money at this place and deserve to be treated better. I'm not asking for a red carpet - I'm asking for a polite demeanor and a technician that knows my skin condition and demonstrates that she care about my well-being.
If you go here, DO NOT go to Azar. You'll regret it.

Massage therapists are extremely well qualified. The overall ambience combined with the massage makes it my go to place for a destress

Highly overpriced. Would try again but only during a sale. Not very responsive to feedback.

I am so disappointed with the service I received. I paid for 4 sessions of e matrix laser for my not so severe acne scarring. The second time, for some weird reason, the technician just went crazy on my nose (where there was no scarring whatsoever, scarring is mostly on my right cheek) and I felt the extra burn but before I realized the damage was already done. That spot stood out in the entire face as a burned spot. I was worried the entire weekend about it and I knew that more damage has been done. I called and left a message about it but nobody contacted me for several days (they apologized about it because there was a mix up). When the skin settled down I can see a bright red big spot and indentation on my nose. All layers of skin were literally burned on that area and because of the location, the big dip won't heal the same way as other locations. I met with the main technician and she said it will take months for that spot to be normal and she gave me a box of over priced spa products to use on the spot. I buy so many expensive products myself so I didn't care for them much. She also offered to go over that spot in the next session with a lower setting to have collagen form in that area. I was too nervous to have that done so I opted out of that. She mistakenly said (or believes) that besides the dip, the spot is just discoloration. But I can clearly see a big bright red spot on the front of my face (which will later turn into discoloration but at that time and right now, it is just pink/red inflamed area) and the technician that performed the final session agreed with me. I need to use full coverage Estee Lauder concealer to cover that spot every day. The next two times went by. At the end, I saw maybe 40% improvement in my acne scarring (they promised dramatic results and showed amazing before and after photos) and a new scar on the nose which I don't know when it will completely heal. For what happened, I hoped for them to give me one extra session free or something similar to compensate but they didn't care. The last time I had the procedure done, the technician said I will have to wait months before I see any improvement on the damage on my nose. I am very very upset with the whole thing. Almost $2000 (including the numbing cream) down the drain. I will never ever go there and will not recommend it to anybody.

My mom and I visit this med spa a couple of times every year because of the quality, ambience, and value. My mom prefers massages, while I prefer facials. Both are wonderful and we highly recommend Nova MedSpa to our friends and you!
