I had a excellent ex­perience at Aria. Va­leria was wonderful and inspired me with confidence. She is a perfectionist and did a fine job on my eyebrows and facia­l. I also particular­ly enjoyed the laser with Caroline. The ambience was very pleasant down to the smallest detail, very clean and taste­ful. In addition, all the other staff we­re very helpful and kind. I totally enjoyed the experience and wo­uld not hesitate to recommend Aria to an­yone.

I came to Aria Spa just to try the salt room with my Aunt and I must say I am very disappointed. For starters it was have been nice to be informed about the service and what to expect from the receptionist. It made me very uncomfortable when they asked to take my picture just upon arrival to simply know who I was. We were escorted to a room where we were told that the walls are made of salt but that is absolutely false. After about an hour and fifteen minutes of sitting and not feeling anything but the heat from the heater I felt it was time to go. The environment is relaxing but there is just no benefit of the salt room at this place. Save your 40 dollars and possibly try other services. The service is very misleading as my Aunt was informed that it would help clear up sinuses and other skin conditions when it did absolutely nothing. It was warm room aka a relaxation area.

I had a HORRIBLE and the most unprofessional experience at this spa. I bought their laser package for my face. The person that did my laser had no clue about the treatment and didn't know how to use the equipments. She BURNED my face and as a result my face is scared forever. When I went back to show them the scares they didn't even apologize. I definitely DO NOT recommend this place for any laser treatment services.

I got a third degree burn after treatment from this practice. I kept trying to call for treatment, but no one returned my calls. I guess I will need to try other avenues. Unfortunately this was a terrible experience that will leave permanent scars on my face. I would highly recommend avoiding this practice.

I've seen Valeria for permanent makeup and she is amazing! Myself and several friends and clients now have benefited from her eyebrow, lip, and eyeliner skills, and we love her! She is a perfectionist about her work and always picks the best colors and shaping. Permanent Beauty work requires trust in a practitioner, and I would trust Valeria with anything.
