Insomnia Cookies

I loveedddd insomnia cookies about three years ago, i love them today still but the cookies are a little too sweet and a little too pricey, 5 cookies 14 dollars. Why? No idea but I do wish there were some in the boroughs and not just in the city. I'd go. This location has nice staff and fast service I would go back

The cookies taste good cold, but taste even better warm with a glass of milk. My favourite cookies by Insomnia Cookies are: double chocolate chip, peanut butter, sugar and red velvet. If your going to buy some cookies from Insomnia, make sure you get a box of 6 or more cookies. You will not regret having more than 3 of their delicious cookies. Especially if you have others around you, asking if they can try a piece of your Insomnia Cookies.

This place is horrible. We were in town to visit of daughter. She was so excited for us to try Insomnia Cookies. We came about 12:30pm employee had an attitude and said she just got in and had no cookies ready....funny you open at 12pm. No problem we leave and come back an hr later. She's sitting on the phone with gloves on talking loudly on the phone. No greeting when we come in. We just start looking at the menu. My daughter said she was going to try a confetti cookie....she loudly says we dont have that. She hangs up with the person on the phone. Goes over and puts her same gloves right into the cookie dough. Nope nope.....time to go! Just nasty with a nasty attitude! If you don't want to talk to people then don't do custom service!

There was an instance where I went to purchase a brownie and I politely asked for it to be warm. The employee gave me it cold so I thought she didn’t hear me and I let her know again. She says “I can’t warm it up there’s cookies in the oven” with an attitude. She could’ve told me from the start it couldn’t be warmed because I wouldn’t have purchased it. She also doesn’t let you know it’s cash only until you’re ready to pay. Then another instance they were giving free cookies to people with costumes for halloween and she immediately tried charging me. I wish I got her name…

good cookies : especially the vegan options are to die for!! i was really surprised by them.

They never have cookies made around 1pm when I usually try and visit. This has been the case on 3 or 4 separate occasions. The same female employee always tell me "i just opened and i dont have any cookies ready yet" They open at 11am. How is this possible?! Smh

Absolutely delicious cookies and brownies, very small shop and very hot inside, the staff was nice and cheerful. I would definitely go back and check this place out again. Is in the middle of a very busy night life area with lounges and eateries.

Stopped by the other day to get my wife's fix for her cookies and had the pleasure of being served by Crisy, Aaron and Devon. The place was busy yet they still managed to get to me quickly and with a smile. The cookies were fresh, still warm and absolutely delicious. Their team was amazing and the only thing better than the cookies was the service. Keep up the good work guys.

Insomnia recently catered a charity event I hosted for the Michael J. Fox foundation and the cookies were absolutely delicious. Everyone loved them so much and it helped make our event such a success. Highly recommend!

Horrible costumer service. The girl that works there uses the same gloves that she touches money with. She looks at you so you can say your order, she won't ask. If you're so unhappy find another job. Never going ther3 again!
