Invisible Fence

Invisible Fence of Western Montana does not return calls; and does not follow through if you can ever reach them (have been waiting about 3 weeks for batteries!) Learned from a friend about Dog Watch in Bozeman -- great service; reliable and knowledgeable. Switched out my systems and could not be happier with Dog Watch.

I called Invisible Fence on the 7th of April and left a message requesting a quote for a dog fence. Apparently they weren’t interested in taking care of a potential customer since to date I have still had not received a call back (today is the 14th). On the 8th (a Sunday evening) I called DogWatch of Montana and they answered their phone immediately. They gave me a quote that night and I had them put a fence in for me on the 10th. Honestly, I am glad Invisible Fence never called me back, it forced me to look past their name and see what else is available. Finding out about the 3 month battery that Invisible Fence uses was a great reason to avoid their product. I would suggest exploring other options before going with these guys, if your even able to get a call back from them in the first place.
