Bill has worked with my puppy and I several times, and every time has been educational for me and effective for my dog. Bill is a rich source of information and ideas in dealing with our complicated best friend, and has a way with dogs that comes from long experience. I should disclose that Bill is my uncle, but my dog doesn't care! I highly recommend Bill.

Bill is so intuitive with animals, he is simply a joy to watch and learn from. I contacted Bill to show us how to bring a new puppy into our busy household; it's been awhile since we've had a puppy in the house, and our life was crazier than ever. I wanted potty training to go right, from the start. Bill was extremely helpful. He showed us how to arrange the house, how to use a schedule, where and how to reward for going potty outside. Some of what he showed us was familiar, and he had new ideas that made a lot of sense. I was impressed with Bill’s ​depth of ​​knowledge and experience​.​ I recommended him to three of my friends​;​ ​w​e all got together and ​did a class in my backyard, it was fantastic! I cannot recommend Bill highly enough.

We called Bill to help us with training our new three month old shih tzu puppy. He came to our home and was so helpful in assessing both our home and puppy for training success. With four young children and a very busy life and household, I was struggling with click training because of the amount of time required to succeed. He showed me some effective and efficient techniques with nearly overnight success. He also involved my children in training games they could do with our puppy. He has a kind, gentle way with both puppies and people. He has checked back in on Trudy and our training regularly because he truly wants his clients and dogs to succeed! He is a wonderful trainer and a joy to work with.

Bill has been extremely helpful in training our 7 month old Border Collie female with sits, downs, recalls, not pulling on her leash and a number of other issues. He is extremely knowledgeable about canine behavior, but also assists the owner in becoming a better handler as well. I appreciated his gentle techniques and thoughtful approach to each issue. I highly recommend him.
