I came here to get my hair and makeup done for prom in 2016 after booking an appointment six weeks in advance. When I arrived two people were pushed ahead of me, resulting in my appointment being an hour and a half late. When they finally called me over they put me in the back of the room instead of the front with all the other girls getting their hair done for prom. I told the hairdresser what I wanted and showed her pictures of the hairstyle (a French twist with curls piled on top and a swooping bang in the front). She attempted to do this style but had difficulty even with the basic twist. An instructor came over to help followed by two more who still could not do this style. Meanwhile it was nearly time for them to close and they had still not started on my makeup. My mom had already paid for it and demanded that they do it as I had no alternatives. The person doing my makeup was clearly new to it and did my best to tell her what I wanted, which was a brown smokey eye and red lips. They didn't have those colors and she proceeded to use copious amounts of black eyeshadow before topping it off with too large eyelashes. In the end more than an hour and they were supposed to close I had a messy beehive with some pincurls on top and stiffly hairsprayed bangs. I ended up fixing it myself as best I could, but it's safe to say I wasn't happy.

I appreciate the quality of education ISB gives. I've been going there for over three years for massages and am totally satisfied. The senior discount is appreciated, too!
