Policys are horrible and would recommend a more local private owned place. This place is horrible with all the threats and so on if your a day late on your payment. The previous owner was amazing and it would of gotten ten stars. Damn commercial big company buying it.

I spoke with and met with a manager and employee a couple of times before renting. Both were professional and happy to give me a look at the rental unit before I committed to renting. The space is clean and unit areas well lit. I'd recommend this site if you need a unit.

In 2016 my family had a move from Nebraska back to St. Louis due to work. We just pulled up in our UHaul unannounced and was unloading in a half hour. They even changed our UHaul drop off to their location for us so we were unpacked and returned a UHaul in less than 4 hours. In August of 2017 we were able to get out of the unit. Once again I showed up unannounced and told them I was finished. No hassle from them just thanked me for my business. I received an email the next day and we were finished. Higher priced than others but very clean and easy to work with. Will use again if I half to.

Great, friendly staff who are helpful and accommodating from the day you reserve your storage unit. The storage unit was great for the price, clean, and climate controlled. I will definitely be using their services again if I need storage. I was so happy with the service that it is the only storage unit I will use in the St. Louis area. It is worth the small drive from St. Louis to Imperial. The location is very accessible from I-55 and has great gated security. Also, there are many payment options which was extremely convenient.
