There isn't enough stars that express the rating of COMBS STORAGE. Tremendous employees, tremendous service, JUST TREMENDOUS PEOPLE ALL THE WAY AROUND. Thanks for all you do. Happy holidays.

people are a joke. reserved a 26 foot truck online, paid deposit online, showed up at out pick up appt, they do not have the truxk we reserved, wont have the truck, they have a 17ft, avail for 24 hrs for 1.09 a mile plus 29.oo rental fee. i tell them i need a package of moving pads, shows billed on invoice, NO PADS ON THE TRUCK... i call them, lady tells me i didnt ask for pads although the invoice clearly shows that i did ask and pay for them. i get the truck back at exactly 9 am because they tell me if im late at all, i have to pay for another day even if im just a few minutes late. the prople who operate the place have a sign in the wondow saying open 9 til 2 on saturday im there on the lot at 9 am. NOBODY SHOWS that works there until 936. additionally, we call their emergency number, a lady on other end exclaims that shes very surprised that nobody was here but they would be any minute. nobody showed until after 930am. between the first call to their emergency line, and the time their employee actually showed up was 32 minutes, during which time we called their emergency line four additional times. the lady eho answered the first time literally rejected our calls, had to call from another cell phone to get her to answer, only to again be told theyre not sure where their employee is, not sure how we got double charged, and bot sure when their employee will get here. while here, four or five people showed up wanting teucks, some with and some without reservations, ALL OF THEM LEFT WITHOUT A TRUCK. remt from these people at your own risk, you will for sure be jerked around, we were warned in advance not to use these people, we did anyways and we got the exact treatment we were told we would get out of these people.
