Public Storage

When I first rented a storage space at this facility, Tammy was very helpful to me about making sure I got the size I needed. When I needed to go bigger at a later time, again she helped me determine just what I needed. I appreciated this very much. I didn't feel like I was being sold on paying for space I didn't need and wouldn't use. Tammy is pleasant and courteous, and always friendly and welcoming. Tammy is the main reason I recommend this particular storage facility. A lot of places may be neat and clean, but the personnel and attention to the client's needs makes a world of difference.

I've used many storage company's, never have I had such service, Tammy goes over and above, Walter also is costumer service minded. To Mr. DeMarco, you done great with these two, if this is your level of service I will be using your facility's exclusively in the future. Thanks guys.

So easy to set up storage facility, Space was clean and they even let us borrow their cart to remove our items from our storage facility when we left so we didn't have to rent a 2-wheeler. Tammy was great to work with. Highly recommend this Public Storage location to others in South St. Louis County.

The best storage facility I have ever used. And I have used more than a few. The place is clean, dry, well-lighted, safe, and easily accessible. The customer service is outstanding; Tammy is pleasant, personable, understanding and kind. If ever I need storage again I will go straight back to this facility. And I recommend this place to all without hesitation.
