Good location and one of the cheapest for the central area. Marie was extremely helpful and very upbeat. So far, quite happy with the facility. Nice that you can purchase moving supplies at the same time.

I run a business in St. Louis that is product based and use a unit to store our product. We need access to get into the unit at weird hours (like 7:30 pm) and there is never anyone there. We have had issues every step of the way. Today I received a notice of a $75 cleaning fee. I was confused so I called and found out my employees threw the boxes in the dumpster, but I guess that dumpster was not supposed to be used by the people renting. That’s fine, I asked if it bills my card automatically and they said yes. 2 hours later my employee showed up and there was a pad lock on the door. Now my 10 employees, who are all paid on commission, may not be able to work tomorrow. I need a call back ASAP. I have left multiple voice mails and no one has responded or answered a phone.

The employees at this location were amazing. They were very friendly and knowledgeable.Gabrielle was amazing.

Awesome experience Keenan was great we ran into some little issues but he and Marie worked everything out perfectly. FYI insurance is mandatory not optional in MO.

Marie and Keenan are awesome .... every time I’ve been in everyone is always nice and has simple solutions to all my problems..... store with them !
