Rebecca is always friendly when I come to make my payments. She goes the extra step to be helpful and asks how everything has been since I moved in. I’ve been storing at this location for 7 months now. It’s always clean here. Thanks for great customer service.

Conveniently located, easy access. I went in for information & the employee Kristina, was extremely knowlagble & helpful. I felt well informed when I left. This employee is an asset to this business. So nice, cheerful and helpful. I will be returning to do more business here.

This place sucks. They do not prorate your rent so if you move anytime after the first of the month you'll end up paying a full month's fees for a couple of days. $150 for 5 days. What a ripoff! If I could give them negative stars or no stars at all I would. My storage fees also went up an extra $20 after only renting a space for 3 months. Don't rent any storage here and if you do make sure you get all the info up front because that information was not provided to me. If it had been I would have gone elsewhere. I hope the Better Business Bureau can do something about this.
