Extra Space Storage

Just signed up. It was so easy. The space is clean and easy to get in. Management was easy to work with and so helpful to adjust what space worked for storing our belongings.

I can’t say enough good things about Anne and the crew at Extra space storage in St Charles. I had to make an emergency move from St Charles to Kansas City and leave my storage unit behind. When I presented my problem to Anne, she had me fill out a form and send her the key to the unit. She coordinated with the movers for the estimate and the actual move. She then closed out the account. I couldn’t travel back to St Charles so Anne was a life saver. There wasn’t much in dollar value in the stuff but a fortune in sentimental value. If you are looking for a storage place, you might find a place that costs a few dollars less, but no other place has such a high value for personal care. Thanks again, Anne. You are a saint!!

Facility was clean and secure. Staff was friendly in getting me set up with the correct t size unit for my needs and showed me where my unit was located. Would recommend to a friend.

So far - very good. Price is very reasonable, service has been good. Only been a client for a weekend, but I feel good about it. After 3 months, we didn’t need the room anymore. We enjoyed the staff, very helpful. Would use them again in the future. Only negative would be some of the other tenants, occasionally some don’t think through where they park and can literally block up the street. Rare, but it can happen. So why mention it -> Don’t be that guy.

The best storage place around. Christy in the office was very friendly and answered all of my questions. The facility is very secure and affordable!
