U-Haul Moving & Storage of Saint Peters

Even though there was a miscommunication or misunderstanding somewhere at the point of sale which caused a few issues for me... the store manager had shown the utmost pride in her Integrity for her profession they showing me above and beyond customer service. She had actually gave two Hoots about my issues let alone making sure that my problems were not just heard. .... but were resolved not in a week, not in a couple days, but in the same day! I can't speak for the other U-Haul locations, but I can sure as heck vouch or feel more than comfortable to recommend a loved one to this location and know that they would be taken care of in a heartbeat from every aspect because of the store manager of the specific location is the definition of customer service and satisfaction! Long story short, I would still rather go back to this location then trying a different location simply because of knowing that if things don't go perfectly smooth... this location will go above and beyond to make sure that thing's are corrected with a proficient solution!

Want to be fair but real here. I had a hitch and trailer wiring installed. Initially there was a substantial delay and communication about it came after the delay was already in a 'too late' condition. There were also numerous errors with the install and some parts not put back/back in place on my vehicle. There were several contacts and a return for correction as well. TO THEIR CREDIT I don't think this is common quality of work for this location. Over years I've had other work done here and I've been pleased. All of the staff were pleasant and professional interacting with me. They did apologize and refunded the cost in full due to the extent of the situation. I would give them another chance I think, but it was a pretty rough experience. Double check the work and wiring before you leave.
