The staff and the process was amazing... I was 30 mins late with getting the truck back and they didn't charge extra... Awesome people.

The guy on the phone was rude and hung up on me when I questioned why there was a difference in price between what he quoted and the website. I never actually rented from there since he...well... hung up on me.

The most positive experience I've ever had renting a truck. I made my reservation online. It came right up. They even called me when I overslept. I ended up needing my truck another day. They were super accommodating, soothing (I was stressed!) and kind. Even when I got stuck in traffic behind an accident and got there 20 mins after close. They were so nice. They have my business as long as I'm in st Louis.

MEGAN THE THIEF assisted us. Upon returning the truck, she came to us a few minutes later to hand us the wallet my fiance' left in the cup holder. She was very expressive about "thanking her" because she found it. My fiance' even gave her a tip! As we were sitting in the car before leaving the lot, he had the intuiton to check his wallet, which is a 2 fold wallet (impossible for a single bill to fall out without all of it coming out). He was missing a $100 bill out of originally having 2 hundreds and 4, $20 bills. When we questioned Megan she became suspiciously nervous, blaming the other passenger of the truck when the wallet had been in my fiance' eyesight until the truck was turned in. The other passenger exited the truck at the same time as my fiance! As she noticed that we knew that the money was in the wallet when we arrived at UHaul, Megan insisted that we let her recheck the truck. We sat in the car and I watched as she walked over to the truck which had been pulled forward and went into her clothing and IMMEDIATELY CAME BACK WITH THE $100 BILL WHICH WAS OBVIOUSLY BALLED UP AND UNCRUMPLED AND THE ONLY THING HER ASSOCIATE HAD TO SAY TO MY FIANCE WAS "WELL YOU GOT THE MONEY BACK DIDN'T YOU?" Of course my fiance was angry and Megans eyes started watering, she could barely light her cigarette from shaking and when I looked at her and laughed at her stupidity she walked off to make a phone call and starting crying when we said we were calling corporate!! THIEVES AND CROOKS. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE BECAUSE OF THEIR HORRIBLE ETHICS. Everyone knew she stole the money and no one even simply apologized!!

Got in without a reservation and was in a rush. They had me in a truck in under 10 mins and the staff was helpful. Dont hesitate to use this location. Also no one else can beat their in town prices.
