Came in at the end of the spring semester to load stuff and pay, ended up taking a very long time because of the lack of employees working. There was only one person on duty at the time I arrived. The lady working was very lovely. She seemed stressed out because she had so much to deal with. Cubesmart should be providing help to its employees especially at this time of the year. The women working shouldn’t have to deal with so many customers and the customers shouldn’t have to wait so long to pay! Get it together cube smart!

Very nice and very professional to this first time renter. He explained everything thoroughly and completely answered my questions.

Came in to get a unit for my quickly growing non-profit. The gentleman behind the counter was very kind and asked what size we needed. I advised him which size. I was very impressed with the number of doors they had to get into the building so you could have an entrance near your unit, no matter where it is. I loved that I was able to choose which unit I wanted, as I needed one with a big opening so that we could get our large items into the unit. I was also impressed by the garage entrances, so we don't have to hold open a regular door. They worked with us on the fees, as we're a non-profit with tax-exempt status, so they had to revise the pricing a little, but they did get everything worked out and we got everything set up with ease! If there was anything I could change it would only be the lighting in the units, and the ability to enter 24/7, although I don't think we'll need to enter after the set hours, I know that some people would prefer that. I would recommend them for sure to anyone! They had the cheapest price in the area as well!

Unmentioned "Admin fee", processing fee, mandatory insurance,and they make you buy a lock that is so strange that it can never be used for any thing but one of their units...but "you get to keep the lock" they say. Policies out the wazoo. Real businesses earn money by offering value, not by sticking customers with costs at the last second. This is why CubeSmart will always trail U-Haul, preying upon customers is the absolute worst attitude you can have. I would suggest taking a serious look at your business model.
You did hire a great manager though; he communicated very well, answered all of my questions, and was very helpful. Too bad his talent is being smothered by your "policies".

Yes, my husband and I agree with the other positive comments. Just returned from renting a unit for long term-at least several years. Alex was the perfect customer service rep for CubeSmart. Attentive, listened, searched right away for a piece of info, and he was very polite-his parents raised him right! Regarding prices, they are less than similar facilities in this area and way cleaner!
